Usage
Can CAFÉLAB Be Used In Cooking?
CAFÉLAB is primarily used for coffee and tea, however you can use CAFÉLAB in cooking to replace the same amount as the intended dairy products.
Can I Freeze CAFÉLAB?
No. Freezing CAFÉLAB can cause the product to separate irregularly and this greatly reduces the visual quality and consistency of the product upon thawing.
What Temperature Should I Heat Plant-Based Beverage To?
Prior to heating, we recommend that you chill the pack in the fridge. Chilling our beverage prior to use provides you with a longer time to texture the plant-based beverage before it reaches optimal temperature. As plant-based beverages typically has a slightly lower recommended serving temperatures you have less time to create perfect foam. When heating, we recommend to stretch (let the air into) your plant-based beverage until around about 40 degrees Celsius. Then take it up to 55–60 degrees Celsius, and avoid further stretching (letting any more air into the beverage).
